• Analytics data: we use third-party analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics for Firebase) to collect anonymized data about app usage so we can improve our services.
• Device and technical information: device type, operating system, app version, language, and crash logs.
• Location (optional): if you grant permission, approximate location may be used for location-based features. You can turn this off at any time.
• Support communications: anything you send us when you contact support or give feedback.

We do not use your financial entries for advertising, and we do not sell them.

App Permissions

Expense Tracker asks for device permissions only when a feature needs them. Where a permission is optional, the app still works if you decline.

You can change or withdraw any permission in your device settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted parties that are strictly necessary to provide the service:

• Cloud hosting and database providers
• Analytics and crash-reporting providers

Account Deletion

At Expense Tracker, you control your information. If you no longer wish to use the app, you can permanently delete your account at any time.

To delete your account in the app

• Log in to your Expense Tracker account on the mobile app.
• Open "Settings" or "Account".
• Select "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen instructions.

Most deletion requests are completed within 90 days. Some information may remain in secure backups for a limited period before it is permanently erased.

If you cannot access the app

Email tanya@blackcoffer.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and:

• Include the email address linked to your account.
• Ask us to delete your account and provide any verification we request.
• Our support team will help you complete the request.

Data we may retain

Certain information may be kept when required by law, or for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes. It stays protected and is kept only as long as necessary.

Children's Privacy

Expense Tracker is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action, including deleting it.

Third-Party Services

Expense Tracker may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, communications, and app performance. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and our contractual requirements.
